Cancellation Policy

ADVANCE RESERVATION CONDITIONS

DEPOSITS are required for all on-site accommodation

REFUNDS ON CANCELLATION

First night booking charge is minimum deposit taken.

All group bookings (including sites) must be PAID IN FULL prior to arrival

(1) Full refund for cancellations up to 21 days prior to booking.

(2) 10% of total booking will be retained as a booking fee for cancellations

(3) For cancellations less than seven days prior to the arrival date – NO REFUND
